schools, good hospitals and other public facilities. But still people are
coming to the Sonia Vihar for buying the property.
Well one of my relatives who live in the Rohini is coming to
see a residential plot and land in the Sonia Vihar. They are planning to buy a 100 guj
plot in the Sonia Vihar near the third pusta. The plot is available good having
two side open feature.
I have not seen the plot yet, but my father told the
dimension of the plot is very good and it is best for making a 4 rooms set.
I don’t know about the price of the property but I think the
price will be more than 60 lakh.
There are several residential plots are available
in the Sonia Vihar and the property dealers are reselling the plots very
quickly.
